e-commerceOrders arrived one message at a time through WhatsApp and social media. Nobody could see which products were actually selling, and every delivery cost was worked out by hand.

We were using Excel and a notebook to keep track of stock. It worked when the business was smaller, but once we had more products, it became difficult to keep everything updated. Now the team records sales and stock movements directly, so I don't have to keep checking different files.

Will I be dealing with a project manager?
No. You brief the engineers building your product, in the same channel they work in. If you want to know why something is taking longer than expected, you ask the person doing it rather than someone who will ask them and come back tomorrow.
Who owns the code?
You do, and not only at the end. At handover the repository, the accounts and the documentation all transfer to you. Nothing stays locked to us, and there is nothing you would have to buy back.
How do you charge, and how do I know what it will cost?
Fixed scope, time and materials, a dedicated team, or a retainer — which one depends on what you are building and how settled the scope is. We tell you which one we would use and why before you pay anything, and every change is priced in writing before any code is written. If you do not approve it, it is not built and it is not billed.
What do I actually see while you are building?
Every week: a build you can open yourself, and a short written note saying what moved, what did not, and what is next. Not a status meeting, not a percentage in a spreadsheet — something you can use.
Are you awake when I am?
Everyone is within two hours of Dubai. The team is in the UAE, Syria, Palestine, Pakistan and Turkey, which share a working day, and between us we work in Arabic, English, Turkish and Urdu. The homepage shows the current local time in all five.
How do I know the work is any good?
Every change is reviewed by another engineer before it lands, and we use AI review alongside that rather than instead of it. We can take test coverage past 90% where it is worth it — we do not do that on every project, because budget, timeline and complexity decide, and we tell you which one you are getting before you pay for it.
